At Alegia, we always prioritize quality, naturalness, and, above all, the well-being of our little pets. Therefore, after numerous customer reviews, we decided to modify the composition of our super-premium Natural Line and Natural Line Gold rat foods.

What has changed?

The previous recipe contained dried carrots, which, while a healthy vegetable, proved unsuitable for some rats. We received reports that some rats might choke on them. Your experiences and feedback are extremely important to us, so we’ve decided to remove carrots from both food lines.

Why did we remove the carrot?

We want our products to be completely safe and convenient for all rats.
We received reports from keepers that some rats had difficulty eating hard pieces of dried carrots.
We want our foods to be not only tasty, but also optimally adapted to the natural nutritional needs of these small rodents.

Natural Line and Natural Line Gold – what makes these foods different?

Naturalness at its best – our mixtures are free from preservatives, dyes, sugars and artificial granules.
A wealth of natural ingredients – they contain carefully selected herbs, vegetables and fruits that support health and good digestion.
A source of natural protein – the foods are enriched with mealworms and stint fish, which provide essential nutrients.
Better palatability – varied structure and aromatic ingredients make rats eager to eat the entire food.
